Is a Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts alum that began her journey on the Cuisine side as a line cook before permanently transitioning to Baking and Pastry professionally.
Since then, she’s been a part of two James Beard Awarded Patisseries and Bakeries in Detroit, as well as recently featuring on The Food Network as a contestant in Season 12 of Holiday Baking Championship. All of this while cultivating a style and community of her own. Today, she takes joy and pride in providing beautifully crafted, unique and delicious cakes and pastries to the Metro Detroit area; with the mission of bringing fresh, new ideas and flavors to the Detroit area and beyond.
