A Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts alum that thought she wanted to live life on the savory side being an Executive Chef, turns outs, the baking and pastry life called to her more! Since then, she’s been a part of two James Beard Nominated Patisseries and Bakeries in Detroit, all while cultivating a style and community of her own. Today, she takes joy and pride in providing beautifully crafted and delicious cakes and pastries to those all around her; with the mission of bringing fresh, new ideas and flavors to the Detroit area and beyond.
